The house is designed as 5+1 with a large double garage, wine cellar, storage room and utility room with laundry/ drying room. Usable area of the house is 240 m², the total land area of 686 m².
The house is set in a quiet valley near a shallow stream, barely a few minutes from the square with shops and bus connections to Prague and the surrounding area. The driveway has only one-way traffic, so only the neighboring owners of neighboring houses pass through the street and you don't even notice it for most of the day. In the summer and winter months, city festivities are held in the adjacent park by the municipal pond, which are carried in a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Walking access to civic amenities and elementary school will give you the necessary peace of conscience and freedom when you can walk anywhere on your own.
From the original house, which had many years of work before reconstruction to its present form, practically only the stone foundations and part of the first floor remained. Today's garage with master bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and study was completely rebuilt with the characteristic character and charm of the house. The greatest added value is the sophisticated functionality of all spaces and technologies, so that a perfect combination of comfortable living with modern elements of today's standards can be created. One of the many successful steps in the refurbishment was to embed the swimming pool in an enclosed courtyard, which ensured a large water area against the smallest occupants of the house, saving space in the largest part of the garden for other sports and activities.
